ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Local Service Leads LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”). By accessing our website, submitting a form, opting into SMS communication, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
SERVICES
We provide local lead generation, marketing automation, CRM coordination, appointment scheduling assistance, call handling, and related business growth services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
SMS MESSAGING & A2P COMPLIANCE
By providing your phone number through our website or forms, you consent to receive SMS messages related to:
• Appointment confirmations
• Service coordination
• Inquiry responses
• Customer support
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time.
Help: Reply HELP or contact us directly.
We send messages only to individuals who have provided express consent. We do not use purchased, rented, or scraped lists.
BUSINESS CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
If you are a business client using our automation systems, you agree to:
• Obtain proper opt-in consent before messaging
• Maintain proof of consent
• Comply with TCPA and 10DLC rules
• Avoid prohibited messaging categories
• Avoid deceptive, misleading, or unlawful content
Any carrier fines or penalties resulting from client misuse are the client’s responsibility.
AI & AUTOMATION DISCLAIMER
We may utilize AI systems and automated workflows.
AI outputs:
• May contain errors
• May not be unique
• Require human oversight
Clients are responsible for reviewing automated content before use. We are not liable for business decisions based on automated outputs.
FEES & PAYMENT
Fees are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate services for:
• Non-payment
• Messaging abuse
• Illegal activity
• Violation of these Terms
Upon termination, access to CRM systems and automation assets may be revoked.
PRIVACY
Use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
AGE RESTRICTION
Services are intended for individuals 18 years or older.
CARRIER DISCLAIMER
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
